Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods, promotional events or seasonal demand.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times to the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, applicable VAT will be handled in accordance with UK regulations.

Savelle is not responsible for any additional customs charges, duties or taxes that may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination, unless explicitly stated at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.


Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Force majeure events (such as severe weather or strikes)


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery details.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the matter with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.
