The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
